Aromatherapy for Massage

Many oils are suitable for massage applications. Be sure to dilute essential oils in a lotion or carrier oil base before applying for massage.  Dilute essential oils in carrier oils or lotions by using 10-20 drops essential oil per oz. of carrier oil.
